Goal of Management

Management’s goal is to develop an enriched work environment, creating performance with fulfillment, resulting in high performing employees. This is accomplished by ensuring that the correct job ingredients are present in the workplace. Job ingredients are the critical elements within the work environment. These elements/job ingredients can be organized to build an enriched work environment. It is very difficult to have sustained high level performance without satisfied, fulfilled employees. Employees will tell us what they need. Our challenge is to respond appropriately. All employees have feelings and opinions about their work environment. Their work performance is directly affected by their opinions, which are reflected in their attitudes. If management’s job is to accomplish high quality work through its employees, the better they understand what their employees are thinking and feeling about their job, the better they will be able to respond appropriately. The EGO provides candid feedback from employees on what it takes to help them excel.
