Mr. Long has been an active consultant and trainer since 1968. He has consulted with and trained management, customer service and sales personnel throughout the United States and abroad. His clients have included most of the major automobile companies as well as a variety of industrial, financial and service companies.
Mr. Long's unique insights into human performance, motivation, and the ingredients of success are positively combined with humor to achieve results. His work experience includes the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Wilson Learning Corporation, the National Training Laboratories of NEA, and Training Director for the Illinois Institute for Social Policy. Significant projects include: directing a national jobs program, National Sales Manager for a hospital supply company, and installing a worldwide marketing program for Nissan Automotive Company. Mr. Long has implemented Kaizens (continuous improvement) principles for many automotive dealerships and a variety of businesses throughout the United States.
